The Last Runner On Earth.
I am not much of a runner but I need to do something because I've been gaining weight every year and that is not healthy.
I don't snack on everything in sight. I just love to eat. Second helping if they are delicious, why not? I am also not a fussy eater (maybe that's the problem).
Everybody talks about wanting to loose weight. I've been saying that for the past 10 years. Only this past few months I'm actually doing something.
Let me tell ya, I am the very last person you though of going for a jog. Being kinda self-conscious, when I say I'll be going for a jog, people be like "oh wooooww really?". *shy*
I try to go for a jog at least once a week. That is not enough but I seriously do not have the time especially I'm working on a project right now that I only have a month to finish it.
These what motivated me to workout;
1. I want to eat whatever.
2. I want to look good in clothes.
3. Whenever people were describing other, ermm..'curvier' people, they don't have to apologize and say "oh I hope you don't mind if I say that..", "ohh sorry la bukan I nam nak cop u gemok tapi org tu...."
4. Call me conceited but it has been a while since someone said I looked good. A girl need that once in a while and I am willing to admit that for the rest of ya ladies!
4. I really just wanna eat whatever I want ;)
